Computus Australis does not charge travel fees or call-out fees (during our regular business hours) with the Hawkesbury area. We reserve the right to charge travel fees outside our regular service area. Call-out fees apply for out of hours service and public holidays.

Payment for our services is required on completion before our technician leaves your premises. Businesses may apply for a trading account, please contact us if you would like an account application form sent to you.

We accept cash, business cheque, Visa, Mastercard, debit card and electronic funds transfer.

Prepaid Hourly Packages

This is a great option for our regular small business clients. With prepaid business services, you can purchase a block of hours that can be used whenever a on-site business service is required. Prepaid business services receive priority service (usually under 4 hours) and are offered at a significant discount on our already low hourly rates. There is no expiry date on prepaid hourly blocks, use them as you need them.....

IT Maintenance Agreements

Maintenance agreements are ideal for medium to large businesses. We will analyse your network requirements and customise the agreement to satisfy all your network issues. With our maintenance agreements we will provide you with: remote administration, server management, phone call support and on-site troubleshooting and repair.
